  • After visit user can book or take certain properties’/products.
  • Any user can take other services/product too.
  • Payable amount is according as per taken services/product, must pay to the NEPRO INDIA organization.
  • User must take Guide in some distinct services. It’s not mandatory for every service, it will signify before the service chooses by the user.
  • The exclusive services will be endows from Outside/outsource/affiliate/higher/tie-up and etc by the organization which will be apprise before choose the service by user’s as per their required needs.

  • NEPRO INDIA can stop/disconnect/suspicious/suspend or unusual any transaction without any reason.   • After all process done the service charge must pay immediately to the NEPRO INDIA without any delay.
  • NEPRO INDIA is not liable and not committed to pay any kind of fine/charge/penalty or associated with this to any users/any institution or etc.
  • NEPRO INDIA accepts all kind of authorized payment gateway. (Authorize means those which are authorized by government or any government agency/ undertaking/ none government organization/any public or private limited authorized organization/none banking financial company and etc related to that.)
  • The user should agree to assist NEPRO INDIA for any transactions investigation or related to this, if it’s required. (NEPRO INDIA will inform the user while it’s needed).
  • The payment investigation period is 3 to 7 working days. After 7 days this process will be invalid or the end.
  • If any user cannot cooperate or fail to assist NEPRO INDIA within 3 to 7 working days for investigate on given time than the paid charges may not be pay back to the user.
  • If any payment related issues and mishappening occur in the future with the organization then user are requested to cooperate with NEPRO INDIA including required documents.
  • Any users are strictly restricted to hold or ignore any payable amount if not pay within the distinct time period to NEPRO INDIA then it will take action against the particular user or institution.
  • NEPRO INDIA is not allowing, offering or deduct any additional charge after all legal process done excluding payable service charge or any payable amount and GST and other Tax.
  • Refundable security deposit/token/advance /rent or any kind of returnable amounts will be return to the particular person or organization or account should be pay without any interest or any other charges by NEPRO INDIA.
  • Refundable amount might be deduct from total returnable amount, if user damage/lost/harm/disrepute anything of NEPRO INDIA or related, on that accordance amount will be deduct and remaining amount will be return without any interest or any tax to the payee.
  • The token or advance or any other signing amount will be not refund after predetermined time is over by the user.
  • If NEPRO INDIA unable or unsuccessful to complete the transaction than the same amount of payment will be return to the same beneficiary user/account/organization within maximum 3 to 7 working days without any deduction, if any unexpected mishappening occur it will take examine about it.
  • Without organization information any users are not allow for any transaction or pay to any one, otherwise NEPRO INDIA is not delinquent and not responsible for any bustle gone erroneously and also no one can entrusted any blemishes to NEPRO INDIA any more.

  • Membership and Ticket fees must pay before the service avail from NEPRO INDIA excluding GST & other Taxes.
  • The tenant/user need or must pay the service charge to NEPRO INDIA before user or party or tenant move on/shifted to the particular property.
  • When all the terms & condition accepted by the users, fees are paid and all work’s done after clear all legal documentation in fair minded than the paid amounts are not refundable by any cost.







SALE PROPERTY OR SALEABLE PROPERTY:

  • Saleable properties means owner/landlord/power of attorney holder only can sale their property to any one through NEPRO INDIA platform called Saleable Property.
  • Saleable property owner must have proper legal documentation & rights to sale their own property/agreement property/power of attorney and etc, otherwise no one can sale or NEPRO INDIA is not taking any further initiate or not liable.
  • The property seller must provide NOC and legal documents if required from the real or original owner to the user and the organization to proof. (NOC means No Objection Certificate).
  • All legal documents including agreement must be accessible to the property owner/landlord/power of attorney holder or agreement property when it’s required.
  • Before listing any property it need to self verify by the property users, after that user must send the property to publish or live in to the NEPRO INDIA platform.
  • Any wrong information/duplicate credential/imitation cadastre or fake property documents/ of any saleable properties, restricted for not given by the users, otherwise NEPRO INDIA is not liable or not responsible for anything happen.
  • NEPRO INDIA is just a platform where every kind of properties can be uploading and sharing to the users to help for finds their expected and required properties.
  • The organization help to interact buyer and seller through the platform, for that reason the user must pay the service charge to the NEPRO INDIA.
  • When user/Landlord/Property Owner/Builder wants’ to sale their own property or agreement property(who take power of attorney to sale the property from property owner to others) and also broker (Flat/apartment/house/land/vacant land/open land/terrace/commercial land/agricultural land/industrial land/warehouse & godown/office space/shop space/showroom space/school space/college spaces/institutes spaces/builder floor/old project/new project/under construction project/completed project/upcoming project/bygone property/hotel/hostel/guesthouse/resort/land with property/ and etc through/by/from the organization than definitely Landlord/Property Owner/Builder/ Agreement property(who take power of attorney to sale the property from property owner to others) and broker or user must give the decided amount for one time only as a service charge to NEPRO INDIA only.
  • After all process legally done the service charge must pay immediately to NEPRO INDIA without any delay.
  • If all legal process and clearly payments done, without any reason the paid amount or service charge will be not refundable.

NEPRO INDIA CHOICE:

  • The property which is belongs to the organization that is calling NEPRO INDIA CHOICE. (The properties are owned and maintaining by NEPRO IDIA only).
  • These properties are recommended by NEPRO INDIA to the users.





MEMBERSHIP:

  • Membership means who pay some of determine amount to the organization to avail their service as far as soon.
  • Membership is valid as per their selection subscription.





TICKET:

  • There are some plans and offers to avail the services easily by the users call Tickets.
  • All tickets has some extent, within the extension user can enjoy and avail the Tickets advantage.
  • The tickets are valid for one Person in one selected category only and None Transferable and none refundable.





HAND HOLDING:

  • This guide is not only for property buyer it’s suitable for tenant also to avail the service faster, but it’s not mandatory service for tenant or any other users except property buyers.





CALAMITIES AND DISASTER:

NATURAL CALAMITIES:

NEPRO INDIA’s Guide/Executive/Partner/Employee/ cannot move or come out/on field/on the market/could not touch with any users or customer/cannot meet and etc during: Raining, Earthquake ,Storm ,Flash flood, Cyclone, Drought, Hot waves, Cold waves, Wildfires, Glacial lake outbursts, Mass movements (Wet), Mass movements (Dry), Fogs, Avalanches, Landslides, Snowstorms, Flooding, Volcano, Covid 19, Any other sudden diseases, Hurricanes, Natural and unnatural death, Natural and unnatural Accident, Any kind of natural calamities etc.





UNNATURAL DISASTER’S:

NEPRO INDIA’s Guide/Executive/Partner/Employee/ cannot move or come out/on field/on the market/could not touch with any users or customer/cannot meet and etc during: Shutter lock, Lockdown, Chakka bandh, Section 144 crpc 1973, Dust Smog, Bombing, Natural and unnatural death, Any other blocking, Road construction, Accident, Road close, Area close, Government issue or any other related, War, World war, And etc.







NOT PROVIDE:

NEPRO INDIA does not provide to any users:

  • Helmet
  • Any insurance or accidental policy during riding two wheeler with the guide
  • Raincoat
  • No any food
  • Not allow to ride guides bike, user always need to sit as a pillion rider only
  • Only two peoples are allowing in a two wheelers, among that not allowed or organization is not responsible for any unpredictable incident.
  • Any one cannot sit as pillion after section 144 crpc 1973 enforcing.
  • Without organization concern user cannot spend more time with guide, they need to take permission.
  • Without organization permission and concern user cannot capture the guide for other works and etc.

RESIDENTIAL RENTED PROPERTY:

  • Residential property means, where any human being only can stay, not for doing any business.
  • If someone does any business in residential property or using it for commercial purposes than NEPRO INDIA is not any responsible or liable for any reason related. Its only depends on both users (Property owner and tenant).
  • According to NEPRO INDIA Residential rented properties are like flat/house/Assam type house/apartment/Rcc or Bombay type house/bygone properties/paying guest/single room /1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6Bhk House/bungalow/villa/penthouse and Etc.



COMMERCIAL PROPERTY:

  • Commercial rented or saleable property should have the legal documentation including commercial license (authorized and approved by government or government agency) to proof for no disputed in the future.
  • According to NEPRO INDIA, commercial properties’ are (Shop/showroom/office/guesthouse/paying guest/hostel/hotel/co working space/open space/vacant land/godown & warehouse/independent campus/institute/school/college/parking space/terrace/furnished & unfurnished spaces and Etc. Basically those properties are commercial which properties are earning and doing business.





PROPERTY OWNER (USER) AND ORGANIZATION:

  • Between NEPRO INDIA and property owner should do mutual and legal agreement.
  • After all agreement done property owner must allow accordance agreement to NEPRO INDIA, otherwise the property owner will be guilty.
  • Property Owner should have legally own property residential property/ commercial property/ buy/ lease/ rent/sale/agreement property/power of attorney holder property or anything legally proven or authorized property by government and etc.
  • The property owner should accept the terms & condition’s and does hard copy or soft copy agreement with the organization before upload/publish or allow legally rights to NEPRO INDIA.





SUBSCRIPTION:

  • Subscription means pay and use for dedicated service as per user choice.
  • It’s a choice not mandatory.
  • After choose any subscription plan, user need to pay after or before take the service according to chooses services from/by/through NEPRO INDIA.
  • After take any subscription plan the paid amount will be not refundable by any cost.
  • Before take any subscription plan user must read/agree/acknowledge the terms and condition of NEPRO INDIA.
  • Authorize property means- NEPRO INDIA is authorize by property owner to take their property for maintenance independently (independent means no one can interfere to the organization) by help of mutual & legal agreement each other and that is calling Authorized property.
  • NEPRO INDIA has the rights whatsoever agreement mention and allows doing.
  • Unauthorized property means, which are actually not affined with NEPRO INDIA.





UNFURNISHE TO FURNISH:

Any kind of unfurnished (empty) property enhance with some furniture’s and modify to a beautiful dream home call Unfurnished to Furnished Property.



UN FURNISHED PROPERTY:

There are no bulbs, no fan, no exhaust fan in kitchen and bathroom, no curtain rod/bar/string no geyser, no ac, and any kind of modern basic amenities are not available at the particular property, this is call UN FURNISHED PROPERTY. In one word it is an empty property.





SEMI FURNISHED PROPERTY:

Where’s basic amenities/appliances are normally available in a property than that is call SEMI FURNISHED PROPERTY. The basic amenities/ appliances are: Water, Bulb, Fan, Curtain rod/string/stick, Key & lock, Wardrobe, Cupboard (Kitchen), Exhaust Fan.





FURNISHED PROPERTY:

  • It means all kind of basic amenities are available in the particular property call Furnished Property and those are: Water, Bulb, Fan, Curtain rod/string/stick, Curtain’s, Key & lock, Wardrobe, Cupboard (Kitchen) , Exhaust Fan, Bed.
  • As per user requirement additional amenities will be provided in rent and one time purchase basis with pay extra amount excluding taxes.)





FULLY FURNISHED PROPERTY:

All kind furniture’s are available called fully furnished property. The fully furnished furniture’s are Water, Bulb, Fan, Curtain rod/string/stick, Curtain’s, Key & lock, Wardrobe, Cupboard modular Kitchen, , Exhaust Fan, Bed, air condition, cooler, geyser, water purifier, Television, washing machine, utensils like this.





CUSTOMISE FURNITURE:

Anyone can take, rent, buy any furniture’s and amenities as per NEPRO INDIA availability from the organization or tie-up, affiliates, partners and that is calling Customize Furniture.







MAINTENANCE:

  • NEPRO INDIA is dealing with some authorized/agreement/power of attorney and own property which is belongs to the organization only that is call Property Maintenance.
  • Any major work will not done without owner’s consent and that payment is extra which must be pay by property owner only (Like- Painting / Boar well / any kind of construction/ any kind of renovation and Etc).Only Clean & Clear is call Maintenance service.
  • If the property is big/ large/ huge/ massive generally one person cannot complete in one day than user should take another day or higher or book more than 1 person fellow/ partner for completing remaining task.
  • Fellow/ partner will inspect the property first, than he/she will discuss with the user and start work after user consent.
  • User cannot utilize/ de-motivate / convert the fellow/ partner for another task except his/her committed work. Without organization’s consent, it’s strictly prohibited.









MAID:

  • In-house clean and clear person call Maid.
  • User can use the maid as per his/her convenient time.
  • The wage payable amount should pay after or before work done by the user to organization only.
  • The property owner/user cannot utilize him/her for another task except committed work without organizations consent.
  • Before executive/ partner entered or exit from the premises, property owner can check him/her. But the checkable person cannot be opposite gender.
  • After all legal documentation or process done than the service will valid for one premise only.
  • Before enter the executive/partner must hide and lock all the valuable things like – Gold items/any ornaments/ important documents/ money/ any kind of valuable goods/ important gadgets/ and anything which is very important and value for users.
  • The executive/partners/maids are very trustworthy but safety is first priority. Otherwise user can’t blame to NEPRO INDIA or organization is not responsible for anything dissatisfaction happens.
  • User can check I’D proof, Address Proof, and can take Enquiry to the Organization about the executive/partner/maid.





RESTRICTION:

  • Any registered or unregistered, authorized or unauthorized, deliberately or reluctantly any users are strictly prohibited for perform/comment any activity/violate any guidelines to anyone or the platform to and through NEPRO INDIA like these (direct or indirectly to or through NEPRO INDIA) - any kind of wrong and unlawful activity/any crime/any violation/any malfunction/any adverse activities/inferior/ loss any data or goodwill or any trust/any service and product interruption/any kind of militant support or related activity/injure by physically or mentally or emotionally/treason/breaches any law and jurisdiction /infringement of any limitation and covenants accordance/disparaging/threatening/indecent/ racism/libelous/pedophilia/any unauthorized financial transaction & activity/bully on government/ obscene/defamatory/blasphemous or comment ethnically libelous and etc anything related these. Otherwise NEPRO INDIA is not responsible or liable for these. Consequently NEPRO INDIA users registered account will be restricted for lifetime or temporary basis according to the perpetration and also might face some lawsuits by Indian law and no one can entrusted any blame or impose any kind of misdemeanors to NEPRO INDIA organization.
  • Fellow/ partner will spent the exact decided time not more than that in to the same premises/users.
  • If owner/user will get or feel any complications by the partner/fellow than he/she can complain to organizations customer care.
  • Don’t handover any key without take any permission or inform/notify/intimate to the organization, otherwise NEPRO INDIA is not responsible for anything malfunction and no one can blemish too.
  • Users can not take any advantage or disadvantage from the executive/partner at any condition.
  • User cannot take extra time from the committed period without any notice to the organization.
  • User cannot force to do anything as he/she expected in adverse way.
  • User has no rights to do any nasty activity with the fellow/ partner.
  • The user cannot abuse/ insult/ seduce/ hit & beat/ miss behave/ miss use/ miss lead or other inferior deportment with the fellow/ partner, otherwise it will take action against the victim.
  • Never over rule from the restrictions like Ineffectual, impious, vilifying, salacious, pervert, paedophile, derogatory, intrusive and invasive, ethnically, disparaging, threatening, gothish, racism, zealotry, aversion, brusque and etc. (it’s obligatory for user and executive/partner too).
  • Any kind of complications will be solved, but it needs evidence. Without proof any allegation is not valid. So keep all evidence to proof if any problem or complications shall arise.





INR:

All mentioned and quoted payments in the NEPRO INDIA platform are in Indian currency. INR means INDIAN RUPEE only.





AGREEMENT:

  • Some property owner does not make any agreement between the tenant and property owner, on that case NEPRO INDIA is not interested to work with those users.
  • Need to sign in a legal and mutual agreement between user partner, fellow and organization.
  • User and NEPRO INDIA should agreed and acknowledged about the terms of condition, Privacy policy, procedures of organization and others which is related to the services for contribute with the organization.





R.E.R.A.:

  • R.E.R.A. means Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
  • The users should acknowledge, follow and aware about all the terms and condition and procedures of R.E.R.A. to know how to, when to, what to do for getting any property inquiries and related that.
  • Users are request to visit or recommend, often, time to time, periodically to Real estate regulatory authority website to know more, updates, information’s, and aware all about the act and procedures.
  • The organization never and ever sponsor, advertise, accord, endorse any kind of properties’ listed on the NEPRO INDIA platform.
  • NEPRO INDIA is not liable and responsible for listing any kind of properties’ on the platform where such properties are violating RERA of the concerned state.
  • NEPRO INDIA always respects all the government and agencies including RERA.





APPLICABLE LAW:

  • All applicable law ‘s will be enforce or having case in the jurisdiction over subject matter of the agreement like: interpretation/writ & decree, ordinance/ legislation/statute/any kind of ordinate legislation/any rules & regulation/rule of law/administrative restriction including all related/determination/approval/ statutory/regulatory authority & all kind of related government agency/clearance directive/circular guideline/local area restriction/containment restriction/policy & guidelines/order & judgment of intervening/authorization/code of practice/code of conduct/guidance note & recommendation/requirement/obligation and etc.
  • All Indian constitution/law’s must respect and follow by everyone.



BOOKING:

  • User can book their expected service as per requirement at the NEPRO INDIA platform.
  • After booking user will confirmed via sms, email or push notification.
  • On unavailability or canceled booking by the executive/partner on that case NEPRO INDIA will offer another/substitute service to experience and avail by the users. Between the times period organizations try to sent or arrange another or available executive/fellow/partner again.
  • Any cancel of booking user must inform or cancel before the executive/partner move towards the user’s territory. User can cancel the booking before executive/ partner move from his territory.





SERVICE:

  • The service professionals are highly skilled, new comer, and skilled. User can book or choose as per their requirement.
  • The service professional's are mostly affiliated/ partner/ fellow and etc.
  • The service professional's partner/fellow does not carry ladder. User must provide it when it’s required.
  • The pro service is provided or render to the users by service professionals / partner's.
  • NEPRO INDIA is not liable for pro services as service professional’s provide/refer/render through the platform to the users.
  • Only service professionals / partners are solely responsible for any unpredictable or concerned events.
  • The service professionals/partners are not representative of NEPRO INDIA.
  • All users must agree and acknowledge getting notifications from NEPRO INDIA through any kind of tax messages or including any electronically or digitally.
  • After take or during taking any services if anyone gets any problem/complications than the particular person can complaint or register or can take any help from the customer care of the organizations, within few moments to maximum onwards (depend on the problem) the problem/complications will be fixed/solve as soon as possible.
  • If any user wants to higher or book a Carpenter then he must inform at least one day (By the way organization always try to sent him as soon as, it’s depend on work territory/condition/criteria and availability).
  • Organizations Plumber fellow/ partner will visit to user’s property and install or uninstall fittings as per requirements.







PACKERS AND MOVERS:

  • NEPRO INDIA uses third party services for packers and movers.
  • NEPRO INDIA is not liable and responsible for any damages/missing/ mishappening or hazard/shipped to the wrong place or miss placed/late timing/undelivered or anything related that.
  • User can claim for insurance or third party if there consignment any mishappening or hazard or etc.
  • NEPRO INDIA is willing to dispatch and contact with user and third party P & M service for any kind of legal and authorize goods/commodity and consignment only.
  • Any user can cancel placed order at NEPRO INDIA platform within 24 hours.
  • The cancellation process will be not valid after remittances are loaded or shipped.
  • In case of any refund user must submit their proof of evidence. After all process legally done than user must get back their charge backs.
  • Disburse expenditures will be cut from the paid amount before return to the user.
  • NEPRO INDIA cannot be predicting about the price of goods/product/or anything legal or authorized stuff over phone call or without visit or without investigate whatsoever user wants to dispatch.
  • If the users destinations approach road is very steep/narrow or not permit able than NEPRO INDIA is not liable or responsible for that. On that case user need to carry/higher small vehicle from that stoppage to the destination. The payments/wages/remunerations’ are extra according to the duration and drudgery’s of the labors (fellow/partner).
  • For smooth transportation User are requested to inform exact location of delivery and pickup location description for delivered their consignments without any linger/omission or deficiently and etc. otherwise any blemishes the organization is not responsible.
  • The users are requested to not stop or keep the packing materials of organizations properties for long duration above fixed time, Otherwise rent will be increasing day by day. The fesses of the materials or anything affined to the organization will be mentioned on the taken services.
